Here, ‘Delivery’ means the moment that a customer takes possession of their purchased goods, either at our address or after delivery of goods at their home address
The cost of delivery is in addition to the price of the goods, and is relative to the freight conditions of the goods.
If the customer can’t receive the delivery by the time of receiptor collection, then we may have to charge a reasonable fee for redelivery and/or storage.
Delivery Turnaround Times
While it’s nearly impossible to guarantee the date of deliveries, we strive to maintain a standard of 5-hour metro delivery times and 24-hour national delivery times.
The risk of damage to or loss of the goods transfers to the customer upon delivery. If goods are damaged in the time in between delivery and the passing of ownership to the customer, then we are entitled to receive all insurance proceeds payable for the goods.
Customers may request that goods be left outside their address at their own risk.
